This is " Little Orphan Annie" from the beloved movie featuring her as the main character.  She has red/orange yarn hair and is wearing a red dress, white socks, and navy shoes,  with her dog Sandy in her pocket.  Her face is painted on so can be safely used by a toddler.  She was produced around 1982 and there is some soiling on her socks but the rest of her is in good shape.  She measures 15' tall.
