You may return an item for refund within 14 days of receipt.  PERSONALIZED items cannot be returned. Items must be in the original condition and sent via an insured, traceable method. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.  You must email Classic Treasures for a return authorization number prior to shipping.  There will be a 15% restocking fee.
